Terms and Conditions for I Solace Hub Private Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description and "Trial" Policy

• Trial Access: The Service provides users with a free trial consisting of three (3) video chat connections ("Matches").

• Registration Wall: After the third match, users are required to register via Facebook Login to continue using the Service.

• Paid Access: Further usage beyond the registration wall may require a one-time or recurring payment .

3. User Conduct and Safety

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

• Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from broadcasting:

  • Illegal acts or content.

  • Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.

  • Explicit sexual content without consent (subject to platform moderation).

• Monitoring: While we use automated tools  to track connections, we do not monitor private video data. However, we reserve the right to ban users reported for misconduct.

4. Payments and Refunds (PayPal)

• Transaction: Payments are processed securely .

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service (immediate access to chat rooms), all sales are final once the payment is processed.

• Account Access: Your "Purchase" event is tracked via the Meta Pixel and tied to your Facebook Login email.

5. Data Privacy and Tracking

• Meta Pixel / CAPI: We use Meta Conversions API to track user milestones (Start Trial, Match, Registration, and Purchase) to optimize our advertising.

• Third-Party Services: We utilize Whereby for video infrastructure and MongoDB Atlas for session management. By using the service, you consent to the processing of session metadata by these providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the behavior of any third-party users you encounter during your video matches.
