Refunds are typically only granted in the following specific scenarios:
Technical Failure: If a confirmed payment was made but the system failed to grant you access due to a server-side error (and our logs confirm you were unable to use the Service).
Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for a single transaction.
We cannot offer refunds for:
User Preference: "I didn't like the people I matched with."
User Conduct: If your account was banned or your session terminated because you violated our Terms of Service (e.g., inappropriate behavior).
Connectivity Issues: Local internet issues on your end that prevent your camera or microphone from working.
